SYNOP:
Scattered showers will taper off and end later today. A weak disturbance may trigger a few showers in the northern areas Monday but any rain will be light. The Wednesday storm is trending weaker and we may not see much, if any, precipiation from it. Greater rain chances are projected for next weekend when a Pacific storm approaches the West Coast.

NWS LAS VEGAS SYNOP– (NORTH & EAST OF COUNTY)
Improving conditions are expected across much of the region today as the low pressure system moves eastward. Though, another surge of moisture will keep some slight changes of precipitation for southern NV and Inyo County through Monday afternoon along with strong downslope winds in the lee of the Sierra later tonight. Generally dry and seasonable conditions are expected next
week but a return to active weather is likely by next weekend.
